Refund Policy

60-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 60 days of the date of that payment. This applies to both monthly and annual payments.

After 60 days

Payments are non-refundable after 60 days, and we do not refund unused portions of a subscription period once that window has passed. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops the next charge, and your plan stays active until the end of the current period.

Conditions

The money-back guarantee is void if we have suspended or terminated your account, or withheld or reversed access, because of a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or the Terms of Service. Refunds are not available for accounts used unlawfully or in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

How refunds are processed

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

How to request a refund

Email hello@simplenewsletter365.com with your account details, or contact Paddle directly through the receipt you received at purchase. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within five business days.

Consumers: statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. This right is separate from, and in addition to, the 60-day money-back guarantee above, and the guarantee never reduces it.

Because the Service is supplied digitally, if you ask us to start your paid subscription immediately and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied, your statutory withdrawal right may end earlier under applicable law. Our 60-day money-back guarantee still applies either way.
