Still unsure? The free plan needs nothing but a Microsoft sign-in.
Do you really not charge per contact?
Correct. Every plan has unlimited contacts. You pay for the emails you send each month, and Free includes 10,000 sends. Grow your list as large as you like without growing your bill.
Where do my newsletters send from?
Your own Microsoft 365 mailbox, through Microsoft Graph, using your real address and domain. There is no shared sending pool and no new identity to set up.
Do I need a Microsoft 365 business subscription?
Yes. SimpleNewsletter365 is only compatible with Microsoft 365 business subscriptions that include a mailbox. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported.
Will my email land better here?
Sending from your own mailbox and domain generally lands better than shared marketing IPs, on every tier including Free, because recipients and inbox providers already trust your domain.
Are there sending limits?
Microsoft enforces per-mailbox limits, around 10,000 recipients per day. We pace sends to stay within them and spread large sends over time. High-volume senders can connect more than one mailbox.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Growth and Scale add team roles, multiple seats, and shared mailbox or alias sending, so a group can run one newsletter together.
Still need a hand?
Reach the team and we will get back to you. Paid plans include email support; Scale adds priority support and onboarding.
