Invite your team and assign roles

Team management lets a group run one newsletter together. It is available on Growth and Scale.
Invite a member
- Open Settings → Team and send an invitation to a colleague’s email.
- Choose the permissions they should have. You can only grant permissions you hold yourself, which prevents privilege escalation.
- They accept by signing in with their Microsoft account.
Roles and permissions
Permissions control who can manage contacts, send newsletters, manage the organization, and administer the team. The invite and edit dialogs explain what each permission allows.
Administrator safety
The Service prevents removing or downgrading the last administrator, so an organization can never be left without someone who can manage it.
Seats
Growth includes up to 10 seats; Scale includes unlimited seats. Free and Starter are single-user plans. See Pricing.
